Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for the 30 day free rehab guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

100% Attendance: You must attend all scheduled rehab sessions in the clinic as part of your program.

100% Program Completion: You must complete the entire program as designed and scheduled.

Attendance of All Testing: You must participate in all testing sessions that are part of the program.

Timeframe

This guarantee is applicable for the first 30 days of your program. Requests must be made within the first 45 days of your program, at which time your eligibility will be reviewed.

Exclusions

You will not be eligible for free rehab if you do not meet all the conditions outlined above. The guarantee is void if any sessions or testing are missed or if the program is not fully completed.

30 day free rehab Process

Our team will review your attendance and program completion records to determine eligibility. Once approved, the 30 day free rehab will be activated. During this time you will have access to your rehab program and able to access the gym facility for the 30 days. There are no clinical services provided in this time ie no Chiropractic appointments.

Non-Compliance

Failure to meet the conditions for the guarantee will result in ineligibility for a the free rehab.
